Filmed before you decide
We look at every bike ourselves and film it: cold start, riding and all sides. You also get the Carfax or the damage report.

Which Street Glide?
The Street Glide generations
2006-2008: the first Street Glide
The Street Glide (FLHX) arrived in 2006: the batwing fairing of the Electra Glide, but without a top case, with a low windscreen and lower suspension. 2006 still has the Twin Cam 88 with five gears, from 2007 the Twin Cam 96 with six.
2009-2013: new frame
In 2009 all Touring models got a new frame and a new swingarm. It handles noticeably tighter, especially two-up. Later the larger Twin Cam 103 followed.
2014-2016: Project Rushmore
A redesigned fairing with Splitstream venting, LED lighting, a touchscreen radio and the High Output Twin Cam 103. The Street Glide Special (FLHXS) also arrived.
2017-2023: Milwaukee-Eight
From 2017 the Milwaukee-Eight 107, later also the 114. Smoother, stronger and better cooled than the Twin Cam.
From 2024: the new Street Glide
A completely new fairing with a large screen and the Milwaukee-Eight 117.
CVO Street Glide
The top factory version, with a bigger engine, special paint and more equipment. Sought after and holds its value.
Inspection and costs
A Street Glide from America: costs, inspection and radio
Our prices are in dollars and include shipping to the port of Rotterdam. After that come unloading the container, the customs declaration and VAT. Since 1 July 2026, a Harley built in the USA and shipped directly from the USA pays 0% EU import duty; import VAT still applies (21% in the Netherlands). Read more in import duty from the USA and the cost of importing a Harley.
Inspection and registration in the Netherlands
This section covers the rules in the Netherlands. Rules in other EU countries differ. Every Street Glide is from 2006 or later, so in the Netherlands it is inspected at RDW Lelystad. Read how that works in registering a US Harley in Europe. If the bike is older than 17 years and 10 months, the Dutch BPM tax is zero with the flat-rate table. On a younger bike you pay remaining BPM, see BPM on a motorcycle in the Netherlands.
A modern radio with CarPlay
Does your Street Glide still have the original radio? For the batwing fairing from 1998 to 2013 there are the Soundstream SG.V2 and the WHD.SG. For 2014 to 2023 the Soundstream V2 and the WHD14+. All plug-and-play, with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
