How Harley’s Enzo handles your personal data.

2. Which data I process

Name, address, phone number and email address, so I can stay in touch with you and arrange the shipping.

A copy of your ID and a power of attorney, only for the customs declaration on arrival.

Payment details needed to process the invoice.

The content of our WhatsApp, email or social media contact.

3. What I use them for

To answer your question and make an offer.

To carry out the sale, the shipping and the customs clearance.

To keep helping you after the sale with questions about registration and inspection.

To meet legal accounting and retention obligations.

4. Legal basis

Performance of the contract, compliance with a legal obligation and, where applicable, your consent.

5. Sharing with others

With the unloading company and customs agent in the Netherlands, for unloading and the import declaration.

With the shipping line and transport company, for shipping and transport.

With my accountant and, where required, the tax authorities.

I do not sell your data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

6. Transfers outside the EU

Enzo Industries is based in the United States, so your data is processed outside the European Economic Area. I make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, including the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses with service providers that process data outside the EEA.

7. How long I keep them

Data relating to a sale is kept for as long as the legal retention period for accounting applies.

A copy of an ID document is kept no longer than needed for the customs declaration.

8. Security

I take appropriate measures to protect your data and only share it with parties that need it to carry out the work.

9. Your rights

You may access your data, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its processing.

You can also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country or with the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
